Back-office ERP, batch scheduling and ticketing services for a passenger transportation operator, including the APIs behind its customer mobile app.

Backend services for a government case-management system running on Kubernetes, plus a browser-based tool that captures identity documents with OCR.

I'm Irsal Firdaus, an IT consultant based in Indonesia. I work across the whole life of a business system: analyzing how an organization operates, defining what it needs, designing and building the software, and keeping it running in production.
My work spans transportation, the public sector, insurance and enterprise operations, on web, mobile and backend platforms. I take on projects on my own or with a team, depending on their size and scope.
Software should fit how people actually work, so I start with the process, not the tools.
